On Tuesday, October 9, 2007 Kips Bay and Architectural Digest hosted the 11th Annual Designer House tour, featuring exquisite Manhattan residences designed by John Barman, Geoffrey Bradfield, Tom Cashin and Jay Johnson, Elissa Cullman, and Jennifer Post. This event raised $40,000 for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club.
