Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club collects the following
kinds of information which is entered and stored on “The
Raiser’s Edge”, the electronic data base
that we utilize: name, address, telephone, fax, e-mail,
organization/business name, gift record, ticket purchase
record. Occasionally, we will use the “notes” feature
of the data base to record information. A typical note
might indicate that a new donor “A” came
to us via “B” who is a Committee Member.
We make ticket sales over the phone, collecting credit
card information in the process. Credit card information
is not entered into the electronic data base. It is
maintained in secure files in the fiscal office.

• Direct mail solicitations
• Save-the-Date mailings
• Compilation of larger gifts for listing in annual
reports and other printed materials
We do not sell or share data
Our database is accessible only in the central administrative
office at 1930 Randall Avenue, Bronx, NY 10473. The
data base is password protected and limited to administrative
staff with a need for access.
