In 2017, Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club expanded the brand to Palm Beach, with the seventh iteration of the Kips Bay Palm Beach Decorator Show House in the Winter of 2024.
 
The tremendous success generated by the Palm Beach Show House enabled Kips Bay to expand its market again with the launch of the Decorator Show House in Dallas, Texas, in the fall of 2020. The Dallas Show House became a one-of-a-kind event in this area of Texas and the country, allowing Kips Bay to showcase a whole new region of the country in extravagant fashion. The Fourth Annual Dallas Show House was completed this past Fall of 2023. 
 
The highly anticipated Kips Bay Decorator Show House, hosted by premier youth organization the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, announced the prestigious location of its fifth annual Decorator Show House in Dallas, Texas. The must-see design event has claimed 2999 Turtle Creek Boulevard in the esteemed Turtle Creek neighborhood as its 2024 location. The Show House will be open to the public for three weeks beginning Friday, October 25, 2024, and doubles as the nation’s leading design event of the year as well as the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club’s top fundraiser.​
